In this fun and interactive session, we will explore the benefit of using a sense of humor in the mentoring role. Learners will assess their own sense of humor and will be provided with a set of humor conversation starters to explore in their mentoring sessions. The benefits of humor and laughter, the risks of utilizing humor and a model to use humor effectively will also be explored.
