Jerlene Mosley has worked with schools and nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S. to improve performance through selection, engagement, coaching and development. With over 34 years of experience at Gallup in their education division, she now consults independently about educator and student engagement through hope and personalized success strategies. She is also proud to be a TeamMates mentor to a 5th grader, her second mentee after previously mentoring a TeamMates student from 4th grade through high school graduation.
