Neil has served as a member of the TeamMates National Office staff since May 2022 and previously was a TeamMates mentor for nine years.  Within the organization, Neil focuses on maintaining college partnerships and providing post-secondary and scholarship guidance.  Prior to his experience with TeamMates, Neil was a higher education professional, advising students at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), Creighton University, and Clarkson College.  Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Creighton and his master’s degree in counseling with a focus in higher education at UNO.
