Janae has been a part of the National Office Staff since 2021 and has served in a variety of roles during those three years. She has been a member of the TeamMates+ team for the past year and is based out of McCook. She works with TeamMates chapters, high school matches, and post-secondary institutions primarily in Central and Western Nebraska to provide career readiness and post-secondary resources while promoting TeamMates scholarship opportunities. Prior to becoming a member of the National Office Staff, Janae was a Program Coordinator for the McCook chapter for four years and has been a mentor since 2015. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and has 10 years of experience in education as a teacher and high school counselor.
