The world is filled with conflict!   What really matters is how we react and the choices that we making in dealing with that conflict.    By focusing on common goals, truly listening to the other parties involved, and maintaining an open mind, we can take these practices and utilize them in de-escalating tough situations and ideally coming to a resolution.
