Audrey Watson began her TeamMates journey as a PBIS Specialist for Lincoln TeamMates in 2016. She has since transitioned into the role of Match Support Specialist, a title which involves doing a little bit of everything to support mentors and mentees in Lincoln, including planning Academies, Community Service Projects, and Gallup Strengths trainings. This year, Audrey is serving around 25 schools and 400 matches in south Lincoln. She is a mentor to two high school students who are truly the highlight of her week. Audrey leads with the Gallup Strengths of Discipline, Positivity, Achiever, Learner, and Responsibility.
