Susie Buss, Northeast Regional Coordinator – Susie joined the TeamMates Central Office staff in December 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Program Coordinator for the Norfolk chapter for ten years. She is excited to share the knowledge she gained as a Program Coordinator to serve the chapters in her region. As a Program Coordinator, she spearheaded a number of fundraisers, and truly enjoys building relationships with donors. Another favorite part of her experience was making quality mentor-mentee matches. Seeing the matches grow and flourish was so meaningful. Before her time with TeamMates, Susie was a Coordinator for the Disability Services Office at Northeast Community College. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in College Student Personnel Services from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
