Scott Paczkowski attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, with a B.A. in Religion; Speech Communication Theater Arts. Scott attended McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois, for his Master of Divinity degree, and two years after graduation, Scott returned for his Doctor of Ministry degree.
Scott served congregations in Manitowish Waters, Wisconsin, Merrillville, IN, and Waterloo, Iowa, before accepting his present call to Westminster Presbyterian Church in Des Moines, Iowa.
Scott is married to Jill, and they have one daughter, Hannah. Hannah, her husband Justin, and their two children, Gordie and Brooks, live in Omaha, NE. Hannah is on staff for Teammates.
Scott volunteers for Teammates and is presently a Mentor to a young man going into fourth grade at Edmunds Elementary School in Des Moines, Iowa. Scott was a mentor to a fourth-grader at Edmunds Elementary before the pandemic. Sadly, that young man and his family moved out of the district. Scott looks forward to seeing Teammates continue to grow and succeed, meeting the needs of Mentees and their Mentors for generations to come.
