Tricia Dix, Post-Secondary Education Coordinator— Tricia has served as a member of the TeamMates Central Office staff since 2016. Tricia spent most of her time within the organization in the role of Administrative Assistant at the Central Office in LaVista, where she wore many hats including support to the CEO and staff, customer service, accounting, and strategic planning. In this role she referred to herself as the “Deputy of Harmony” as she enjoyed keeping the office and customer service running smoothly. In December 2021, Tricia transitioned over to TeamMates+, where she provides support to post-secondary matches in the areas of match support, training, recruitment, and strengths. Tricia works closely with the post-secondary board to better serve mentees pursuing a post-secondary education. Tricia recently became certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach and is looking forward to coaching post-secondary matches on their Top 5 strengths. Prior to her experience with TeamMates, Tricia was an Assistant Vice President Accounting Analyst at Bank of the West. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, NE.
