Sara Eliason, Training & Support Manager – Sara joined the TeamMates Central Office staff in May 2022. She leads a team whose goal is to make sure everyone involved in TeamMates has the training and tools to feel ready and excited to help our mentees reach their full potential. Prior to her experience with TeamMates, Sara was the Prevention & Education Director at the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA) in Omaha, Nebraska. At the WCA, she trained staff and volunteers, and lead a team that educated thousands of youth and adults on healthy and unhealthy relationships. She earned a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics & International Relations from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.
